No-Return & Quality Approval Policy

1. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Banga Knitwear is a wholesale manufacturer and exporter. Our garments are produced or packed for each buyer's order and shipped internationally. For this reason we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds after dispatch, including for change of mind, sizing preference or colour preference.

2. Inspect Before You Buy: Your Quality Approval Options

To make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, you can check the goods before dispatch using one of these options:

3. How the Approval Process Works

1. Place your order. Choose your products, sizes and quantities, or confirm your Purchase Order.
2. Choose your inspection method. Tell us which option you want: third-party QC, government inspection or live video inspection.
3. Schedule the inspection. Third-party or government inspections must be booked at least 7 days before the expected completion date of your order.
4. Inspect the goods. Inspection is done at our factory before packing is closed.
5. Give written approval. Send your approval by email to bangaknitwear@gmail.com. If you find a problem, we correct it before dispatch.
6. Payment and dispatch. After your written approval and payment as per the agreed terms, we pack and dispatch your goods.

Goods are dispatched only after written approval. If you choose not to inspect, the goods are dispatched on your confirmation, and you accept them as per your order.

4. After Approval and Dispatch

• Approved goods are considered accepted by the buyer. No returns or quality claims are accepted for points that were inspected and approved.
• A standard garment industry tolerance of ±5% in shade, measurements and shipped quantity applies, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Please check, approve and resell goods only after you are satisfied with the inspection. Your approval from us must be completed before you sell the goods to your customers.

5. Transit Damage and Shortage

• Transit damage: Risk passes to the buyer as per the agreed delivery term (EXW, FCA, FOB or DDU/DAP). Damage in transit must be claimed with the courier, shipping line or insurer. We will help with shipping documents for your claim.
• Shortage: If cartons are missing or the carton count does not match the packing list, inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video. We will check it against our packing records. This is not a return.

6. Order Changes and Cancellation

Changes or cancellation are not possible once production has started, once goods have been inspected, or once goods have been dispatched.

7. Your Acceptance

By placing an order on this website, or by confirming a Purchase Order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this No-Return & Quality Approval Policy, our payment terms (as applicable) and our delivery terms.
