Bulk production usually takes 30 to 45 working days after approval of the pre-production sample, depending on style and quantity. The exact timeline is confirmed with your order.
Yes. Please share your tech pack with measurements, fabric details, Pantone colour codes and artwork. If you do not have one, we can help you prepare the specification.
Yes. We work with buyers in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, UAE and other countries, and ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, air or sea.
Yes. Woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, polybags and carton markings can be customized for your brand.
No. All sales are final. Before dispatch you can inspect and approve the goods through a third-party QC company, a government inspection agency or a live video inspection with our team. Goods are dispatched only after your written approval. See our Return & QC Policy page for details.
