Is shipping included in the product price?
No. Shipping charges are extra and are not added at checkout. After you place your order, we calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your order and your country, and email it to you within 1-2 working days.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship with FedEx, DHL and India Post. We will suggest the best option for your order, and you can tell us if you prefer a specific courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to buyers in India and worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia and the UAE.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also use the "Track Your Order" option on our website.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. We are a wholesale manufacturer and you can order as per your requirement.
Can you make products with my own design or label?
Yes. We offer private label and custom manufacturing of polo t-shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and uniforms. Contact us with your design, quantity and country to get a quote.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in our facility in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We have been manufacturing knitwear since 2009.
